Thank you for visiting la Pâtisserie du Monde! This is a personal project that has its roots many years ago. Although I am a computer engineer by profession, I have always been passionate about the world of pastry.

Since I was a child, I have felt a strong attraction to cooking, especially pastry. It was during my visits and stays in different cities in central Europe, such as Vienna or Krakow, where I truly discovered the fascinating world of pastry and how mesmerizing a display of cakes and other pastry items made with love and professionalism can be.

For several years now, I have been sharing the different creations I make on social media, and I believe this is a good time to share them. It is thanks to chefs like Ettore Cioccia or Bruno Albouze, from whom I have learned so much and who have dedicated their time to teaching this wonderful world, that I am here today contributing my bit.
